Our Soya Chunks, or textured vegetable protein chunks, are a wonderful vegetarian and vegan substitute for chicken or meat chunks. These versatile chunks will absorb the flavours of your dish as they re-hydrate taking on any of the flavours that you have added. Use in any meals that would normally use traditional meats to create a lighter, meat free dish. Simply replace meat ingredients for Soya chunks to make vegetarian or vegan stir frys, stews, fajitas and heaps of other savoury recipes.

Add to veggie stir frys and stews for a healthy protein boost
1. Soak in hot water or vegetable stock for 10-15 minutes until the chunks have expanded prior to cooking (roughly 1 cup TVP to 7/8 cups stock)
2. Once fully expanded and water has been soaked up it is ready to use
3. Add to stir fries, curries or your favourite meal and cook until warmed through completely
