Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Kilo.

All our packing used for shipping is reused (where possible) and plastic free. Food is packaged in home compostable cellophane bags. 

Our store is located in London, but we are happy to ship our goods anywhere in the UK.  We would encourage our international customers to try and purchase their products locally. 

The minimum order value is £25 for all shipped orders. 

We offer free shipping within England on all orders over £60. For all other orders within England, we offer flat-rate shipping at £8.  Next-day delivery is available at the cost of £15. 
Please note: DPD have increased their shipping prices which is why our prices have increased from £5/£10 from April. 

We offer free shipping within Northern Ireland, Scotland & Wales on all orders over £60. For all other orders within Northern Ireland, Scotland & Wales, we offer flat-rate shipping at £10.  Next-day delivery is available at the cost of £20.  

Orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Most orders will be delivered in 2-3 days.

Place orders by 12pm on Thursday for shipping the next day. All orders placed after 12pm Thursday will be shipped Tuesday.
