Pearl Barley is a barley grain that has had it's outer husk and bran removed. A nutritious and versatile grain with a chewy texture and a nutty flavour, Pearl Barley can be used to add texture to risottos, salads, soups and stews.
Cook two parts water to one part pearl barley and simmer for 30 minutes or until tender.
