How to Prepare:
- 1 cup dried beans=2.5 cups cooked.
- Dried beans should be soaked overnight. If you don’t have much time, start them in hot water and then four to five hours should be enough.
- Throw away the soaking water, rinse the beans well, boil for 10 minutes and then simmer for 45-60 minutes.
