This tea makes it into the Fancy range and whilst it does not contain as many white tips as the higher grades, it still provides a wonderful fruity cup with a good aftertaste and is a great introduction to Formosa Oolong Tea.
Hot:

Brew me at 100˚c for 3-7 min
