With their strong pungent flavour, Black Mustard Seeds work perfectly in curries, lentil soups, roasted vegetables and sauteed potato dishes.
To use them as a crunchy, aromatic and spicy "sprinkle" for dishes, heat oil to a high heat, pour in the seeds and wait for them to pop (like popcorn) about 10-15 seconds. Remove and sprinkle on salads, boiled eggs, tomato salad, or anything you fancy.
