Named after the sweet smelling jasmine flower, Jasmine Rice has a floral, buttery scent and a fluffy, slightly sticky texture when cooked. Perfect served with Thai dishes or add lime juice, fresh coriander and stock for a delicious side dish.
How to Prepare:
- Combine 1 cup of jasmine rice, 1½ cups water, and ½ teaspoon salt and bring to a boil.
- Stir once, cover, and reduce heat to low.
- Simmer for 12-15 minutes. (Do not lift the lid or stir!)

Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 5 minutes; fluff with a fork and serve.
