Chicken Schnitzel

Notes / Instructions:

Cook from frozen. Oven: Place on a baking tray at 200¡C Fan/Gas Mark 7 for 18-20 minutes until piping hot. Deep-fry: Heat oil to 180¼C and cook for 5-6 minutes. Drain and serve.

Ingredients:
Chicken Breast (60%), Water, Flour (Wheat, Maize), Modified Tapioca Starch, Vegetable Oil (Palm, Soya), Salt, Raising Agents (Diphosphates, Sodium Carbonates, Calcium Phosphates), Stabilisers (Triphosphates), Yeast, Vegetable Powder (Onion, Garlic), Spice, Sugar, Thickener (Guar Gum).
