Notes / Instructions:

Prove overnight on a baking tray at room temperature, then egg-wash and bake at 190¼C/170¼ Fan /375¼F/Gas Mark 5 for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.

Ingredients:
Wheat Flour, Water, Butter (Milk) 19.5%, Chocolate 10% (Sugar, Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier: E442), Sugar, Yeast, Wheat Gluten, Salt, Egg, Flour Treatment Agent: Ascorbic Acid (E300), Enzymes, Cream Powder (Milk), Deactivated Spelt Leaven, Malted Barley Flour, Barley Malt.
