Allow to thaw in a refrigerator covered with lightly oiled film at +1¡C to +5¡C for approximately 6 hours or overnight. Alternatively thaw ambient for 2-4 hours dependent upon ambient temperature. Once defrosted product can be held refrigerated for approximately 12 hours. COOKING INSTRUCTIONS -Allow defrosted dough balls to prove slightly to become 1.5 Ð 2 times their original size. Press the dough out to the required diameter. Apply topping as desired and bake.
