Tamari soy sauce is a wheat-free version of this traditional Japanese seasoning. This soy sauce from Sanchi is fully gluten-free and is naturally fermented in cedar casks. It contains no added preservatives or caramel (which is often added as a colouring to cheaper soy sauces).
Tamari is made with just five ingredients – SOYA Beans, Water, Salt, Distilled Alcohol , Koji Seed (aspergillus oryzae) -and being wheat-free, coeliacs and those with a wheat allergy can now enjoy this delicious all-purpose seasoning.
Simply pour a splash in everything, from Bolognese sauce to soup, to salad dressing for extra richness and bite.
