This vegan suet makes amazing dumplings, puddings, pastries and pies which are the perfect addition to any comforting, home-cooked meal!
How to Prepare:
- Mix 100g self-raising flour and 50g of suet. Add salt & pepper to taste.
- Gradually add in approx. 40ml of water
- Roll into 8 balls
- Place on top of stew 20 minutes before it finishes cooking.
- Cover and continue to cook for 20 minutes until they have fully risen.
