This vegan suet makes amazing dumplings, puddings, pastries and pies which are the perfect addition to any comforting, home-cooked meal!

 

How to Prepare:

  • Mix 100g self-raising flour and 50g of suet. Add salt & pepper to taste. 
  • Gradually add in approx. 40ml of water
  • Roll into 8 balls
  • Place on top of stew 20 minutes before it finishes cooking.
  • Cover and continue to cook for 20 minutes until they have fully risen.
