The combination of Italian red rice, long grain rice and wild rice adds an exotic flavour to your favourite dishes.
How to cook:
Rinse one cup of wild rice briefly before bringing it to a boil in 3 cups of water with a pinch of salt. Cover, reduce the heat until it is gently simmering, and cook at this level for 45-60 minutes, or until the flesh is tender and the outer husks pop open.
